The legal challenges facing Sean “Diddy” Combs continue to expand as NFL star Odell Beckham Jr. and comedian Druski have been named in an amended lawsuit.
The lawsuit, originally filed by Ashley Parham in October 2023, alleges that she was drugged, kidnapped, and sexually assaulted after stating that Diddy was involved in the 1996 murder of Tupac Shakur.
The Allegations
In the newly filed amended court documents, additional allegations have emerged:
- Diddy allegedly orchestrated the events and recorded them.
- Druski is accused of physical and sexual misconduct.
- Odell Beckham Jr. is accused of participating in the alleged assault.
- Jaguar Wright is alleged to have attempted to traffic the plaintiff afterward.
These allegations remain unproven, and all individuals named are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Odell Beckham Jr. & Druski Respond
Both Odell Beckham Jr. and Druski have publicly addressed the allegations, strongly denying any involvement.
Beckham Jr. took to social media to express his disbelief, writing:
“Boy I’ll tell u what. This world makes absolutely no sense. I am covered by God. He will prevail. I kno who am I , I kno who u are, keep ur head. That name will be cleared. Shxts stupid.”
Druski also issued a statement, calling the claims “fabricated lies” and stating:
“This allegation is a fabricated lie. I wasn’t a public figure in 2018 – I was broke living with my mom without any connections to the entertainment industry at the time of this allegation, so the inclusion of my name is truly outlandish.”
Legal Proceedings Moving Forward
As the case unfolds, this lawsuit adds to the mounting legal troubles Diddy is facing, with multiple lawsuits alleging sexual assault, abuse, and human trafficking.
The court will ultimately determine the validity of these allegations, and as always, all parties remain innocent until proven guilty.
