Popular Ghanaian broadcaster, Okatakyie Afrifa-Mensah, has announced his resignation as the Morning Show Host of Angel Broadcasting Network (ABN).
The decision, according to him, takes immediate effect.
In a statement shared on his official Facebook page and sighted by Ameyaw Debrah, Afrifa-Mensah attributed his departure to “differences in interests” between himself and ABN management.
“This decision was made due to differences in interests between the management of the company and myself,” he wrote.
Afrifa-Mensah, who has been a prominent voice on the airwaves, expressed gratitude to ABN for the opportunity to serve, as well as to the Ghanaian public for their unwavering support throughout his tenure.
“I am grateful for the opportunity to serve ABN and the Ghanaian public,” he added.
While he did not disclose specific details about his next steps, the broadcaster assured his fans and supporters that he would reveal his plans in due course.
“To my fans and family out there, I will share my next move soon,” Afrifa-Mensah concluded.
